Service Description
Marrakech Chauffeur Service provides transportation services with private drivers in Marrakech and Morocco. Our services include airport transfers, city transfers, tours, day trips , hourly & daily bookings, events and corporate transfers and chauffeur service logistic.
Additional services may be available upon request and may incur extra charges.
Booking and Use of Services
- Bookings can be made through our website, email, phone or WhatsApp.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Marrakech Chauffeur Service.
- Customers must provide accurate information during booking and ensure timely communication for any changes or cancellations.
- Passengers must adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by the chauffeur during the service.
Pricing and Payment
- Prices for our services are provided upfront and may vary based on the type of service and vehicle chosen.
- Payment can be made through a bank transfer or in cash to the driver at the time of service ( soon also via payment link ).
- Additional charges may apply for extra services or changes to the original booking.
Responsibilities
- Marrakech Chauffeur Service is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic or adverse weather conditions.
- Passengers are responsible for their belongings and luggage during the service.
- Any damage interior or exterior caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be the responsibility of the passenger to cover the repair costs.
Safe Driving
Our drivers operate at safe and sensible speeds, complying with road conditions, traffic, and legal speed limits.

Insurance
Our vehicles are fully insured for passenger.
Safety Regulations
- Passengers must follow safety instructions provided by the chauffeur during the service.
- Children must be accompanied by adults and secured in appropriate car seats if necessary.
Lost Property
Marrakech Chauffeur Service maintains a lost property book and endeavors to return any lost goods left in our vehicles to the customer.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger under the influence of alcohol or drugs whose behavior poses a threat to the chauffeur, vehicle, or other passengers.
Customer Conduct
- Passengers are expected to treat the driver and vehicle with respect. “We are Gentelmen serving Gentelmen.”
- Smoking and consumption of alcohol or illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
- Marrakech Chauffeur Service reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who exhibit disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
Liability
- While Marrakech Chauffeur Service takes every precaution to ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers, we cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during the service.
Amendments to Terms
- Marrakech Chauffeur Service reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
- Customers will be notified of any changes to the Terms via our website or email.
